We were experiencing cupping issues on our Middle School gym floor. I called Elite to evaluate this on-going problem. The problem was an outside water source that caused our very unstable ½” maple floor to warp to the point of becoming unsafe for our students. Elite removed our existing floor and replaced it with a more stable ¾” floor…Problem solved!
Elite has professionally taken care of all our gym floor needs for over a decade. When it came time for replacement of our coliseum floor, Elite installed a top of the fixed resilient sub-floor with 1 st grade crush bead maple after extensive evaluation and consideration of our needs. Our coliseum is now a showplace and in-fact a proud recruiting tool for our University.
After several years of living with a large hump on the playing surface of our Jr. High gym floor we finally decided to take the recommendation of Elite Refinishers and demo and repair the flooring. The floor was repaired, sanded and in-fact restored to even better than new status. The following year we experienced water damage on our High School gym and again reached out to Elite and received positive results.
